Children and Adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or severe emotional problems are cared for through out-patient clinics and various programs. The mission of Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant County (MHMRTC) is to help the people of Tarrant County overcome the problems associated with mental illness, mental retardation, autism, addictive behaviors, and early childhood developmental delays by ensuring the availability of quality services.
